Meet Rob

Hi, I'm Rob.  I'm an Ivy League certified Nutrition & Healthy Living coach.  For too long, I was not where I wanted to be physically and just didn't know where to begin. 

I was never any kind of "health nut" or "gym rat."   I was someone who wanted to find realistic and practical solutions to achieve health and fitness goals.

Through education, experts and applied knowledge, I changed my habits and turned the clock back in more ways than I conceived possible. 

Now, I help other people do it too!
