Hi I'm Rob "A to Z" believe me that's easier to pronounce. I'm a certified Nutrition and Healthy Living coach. I'm glad you've found my site, please look around, hang out, check out the content. Hopefully, you'll get a laugh and maybe learn a couple of things that you can apply to your life.

Let me tell you how I arrived in this place. I was a working NYC stand-up comedian which were some great years. However, in terms of health, let's just say that stand up world isn't where one would go to find "wellness." Lots of late-nights, night-club food and people who's priorities are typically not carb counting! From stand-up I had a unique and quite unplanned transition into becoming a script and speech writer on the NYC gala event circuit, this put me in close contact with multitudes of people I never thought I'd have a chance to meet let alone work with. People ranging from politicians, to famous actors, newscasters, pro-athletes, socialites, entrepreneurs, singers, CFO's, and CEO's of small non-profits right on through Fortune 100 mega companies. This is where I learned first-hand what separated the successful from the more successful from the ultra-successful.
The secret: Good and practiced habits.
After a good run and many event seasons I would move on to produce entertainment and creative for two professional sports teams in my native New York. This gave me an opportunity to create content for tens of thousands of people several times a week and also put me in a job where I worked directly with pro-athletes day in and day out. This is when it all came together, having seen the poor health habits in stand-up comedy, then the good work habits of high achievers, and now the day to day discipline and habits of athletes who need to stay in peak condition to remain in their profession. ​

As our team trained hard over in their part of the 'company' I found myself working long hours over in mine. Let's just say eating stadium food regularly was leading me into a less than ideal physical state. OK, I was FAT!
People say, "eh, that's what happens when you get older" which is not true that's an excuse we tell ourselves! Our habits change, we allot our time differently and we rationalize the negative results.
I knew it was time to "Start it Already" no more excuses, rationalizations, procrastinations or shame! I set out to change my habits and I did. As a result I lost over 50 pounds (my goal was 25) in just a few months (my goal was 7 or so mo's), got my energy levels up and went from less-than-ideal blood test markers to ideal ranges. I developed a set a workable set of habits. After seeing my results, I coached interested friends and family about how to do it and every person who applied it had great success!
I took my education to the next level, learned as much as possible about our bodies, our food, our everything! I did just that, received my certification(s) and now dedicate all my time and (always growing) skills to help people with their goals, to attain healthier lifestyles and happier lives.

My Philosophy
The "Start it Already" philosophy is just that, the time is right now!
We've all been through so much emotionally, spiritually and physically lately, and it seems there is more on the horizon. You deserve to become the you that you would prefer to be.
My greatest joy in life is talking to clients and working with them to create a realistic goal-achievable program of new habits, especially with eating and exercise that gives them back what they thought was maybe lost forever.
